So I have not done much the past couple of weeks as work has been very busy. It is also State Fair time in Minnesota. I am so excited for it. Went with the family on Saturday, my BFF Michelle on Sunday morning, and with Mrs. MN, Mrs. Minneapolis, Mrs. Red Wing, and Miss Woodbury on Sunday night. We walked around and talked to the fair goers. Had our picture taken with KARE 11 Sven Sundgard, Mr. Weather guy hottie! This week will be busy as my dad has to go in for a minor procedure to see how he is recoving from his heart attack scar in April, so my mind and priorities will be on that.  Lots of stuff coming up  in September and October for appearances so keep posted.

This past week has been very busy. Last Friday I was in the St. Anthony Villagefest Parade that went right past my parent’s house. I saw many friends from high school along the parade route. My wonderful husband Shawn drove with his dog Lil being my escort and bodyguard. Then on Monday I spoke about my platform to the Roseville Rotary, and then attended the UGC meeting for the St. Paul Winter Carnival, Wednesday was the Ham Lake/Blaine Rotary, and Thursday morning was the Burnsville Breakfast Rotary. Tonight will be another great night for a parade in which I am in the New Brighton Stockyard Days. This is all working 40 hours in 4 days to have Friday off. Friday will be my day of relaxation and have decided to get in a round of 9 holes of golf with my best friend Darcy. I am ready for the weekend.
