Yesterday was a very busy day. I started out in the morning with the Wildcat Sanctuary Dog walk with my two babies Dino and Lil and Mr. Ramsey County my wonderful husband. I met the Director of the Wildcat Sanctuary Tammy Quist. Dino and I won the look alike contest due to our purple matching outfits. Last night I went to the Mrs. MN Amercia pageant to cheer on Mrs. Stillwater Angeline Gard. I also met Mrs. Minneapolis, Mrs. Ham Lake, and Mrs. Excelsior. What a fun night. I can't wait to get to know the other ladies better over the next year.

This week has been busy. First on Tuesday was the new candidate orientation for the NE Minneapolis Royalty and Scholarship program and Friday was the Windom Park Carnival event for the NE Minneapolis Royalty. I can't wait to get to know the girls and find out who is chosen as a NE Mpls Ambassador. Since I am a chaperone for the girls, I am staying very busy this month. More to come....

 

On Sat May 31 I attended the Lynx game for the Go Red for Women event by the American Heart Association. It was a blast. I met Mrs. Dakota County International 2009 and got to know her a little better. I was able to have a nice chat and got to know Megan Miss Teen MN International 2008 better also. There was a nice reception before the game where the VP of the Lynx came in and gave a little speech. Before the game and during half time we helped out at the Go Red booth and gave out the prizes from the scratch off game that was handed out before the game. During a time out in the 3rd qt we all got to go center court and have our pictures taken with Crunch. How fun!!!!
